Very friendly staff and great atmosphere
Good equipment, good staff, clean environment. The only negatives are that two of the units of equipment I use primarily, (stairmaster), have been out of order for a while now. Men's Locker room could use another bench or two.

I like the variety of equipment, and the quality of the personal training. I train with Samy Amarah. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, respectful and courteous. He understands my ability and can challenge me to achieve a more training effect.

The amount of equipment, choice of programs and excellent cleanliness of the gym. I only wish that you would add Silver Sneakers so I can continue coming and recommend it to others of my age group who also have Silver Sneakers.

I like the bins for recycling bottles and cans. These are mostly used but occasionally there are plastic bottles in the trash bins. Would you consider signs differentiating recycling and trash bins? They could be easily made in accordance with Club 24 colors and font, and would enhance the great recycling initiative.

The club manager Matt is amazing! Super professional, down to earth, and knowledgeable. He made the cancellation process so easy! If we didn't move so far away, I would've kept my membership! Club 24 was always clean and welcoming! Hands down the best gym I've ever belonged to.
It's never too busy or loud. Everyone is extremely friendly. No one is judgmental. Lots of great equipment. Lots of classes and other offers. Great prices- affordable!
