The gym is very clean and kept cool. The trainers are very helpful and so is the staff, all you have to do is ask a question and they will try and help. The clientele at the gym are very friendly.
The facility is clean, there is plenty of equipment so I never have to wait to use anything, the location is perfect & the staff is friendly and helpful.

Very friendly employees from top manager to basic trainer wich creates a good environment for working out and they're always willing to help out any way they can I wish you bastards were open 24/7 though ;)
Close to home
New , clean facility. Good assortment of machines/weights. Great location and parking. However I am still requesting that a bigger chair or bench is put in the 2 individual women's changing room as the tiny stools are insufficient. I have been told something would be done but it's been 10 months! Thank you

It's cost effective and close by. It's always clean. But I would like more regular squat racks. At least 1 other.

Clean, friendly. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The only change thing I would is the cancellation policy. Sometimes people's life changes with no fault of there own and they can no longer pay membership dues. I would just rethink the length of time to cancel or change a membership. 9 months to a year is a long time if you have had a financial set back.
