Friendly staff, great equipment, excellent hours of operation. Usually not crowded during off peak hours. Have not tried a personal trainer yet.
The equipment and the rooms are very clean. There is always soap in the bathroom dispensers. Classes are available almost every day and there are not long lines for the equipment even now, right after New Years.
