I love this gym overall. It's very clean, the staff are friendly and it's in a convenient location. My only complaint would be I wish you offered spin classes.

The staff is very friendly and helpful - love how they always greet you w/a smile and learned my name pretty quickly. It is always clean and the staff is always going around and cleaning while I'm there. And of course it is very affordable and the location is very convenient for me.

Would be nice if staff kept on members about putting weights and equipment away or hve someone out there regularly keeping things organized.
I end up putting other peoples weights away regularly otherwise I'd trip over it.
That said, I love the gym experience.
After burn
Pleasant staff and trainer Justin Conte is outstanding. I’ve been working with him for 2-3 years through knee surgery and he knows exactly what my limits are and how to push me. My schedule is crazy and Justin works to accommodate my working hours.

I have been a member for a long time and love the environment at Brookfield but for a couple months I feel like the place started to go downhill. Turn overs with staff and specially manager. I just found out that Kevin is the new manager and I can see a huge change on the facility. Everyone is way more friendly now. The place is very clean specially the women’s bathroom.
