Joining classes online is easy, prices are reasonable, the studio was clean and well-designed, and the instructor was great.
I love the Reformer! The instructors are well-informed and willing to make accommodations for people like me who may need adjustments to do some poses. Some of the moves are deceptively simple but they deliver a deep workout.It is a welcoming place. This is the first gym that feels more like a dance studio, without the intimidation factor and it's accepting of all bodies and abilities.
I love Doreen's and Abril's classes. Some of the other instructors make their classes too easy.

The teachers are amazing. They pay attention to each student to modify for any injuries and help you perform each move correct to prevent injuries. The classes are different every time so you can progress and avoid boredom.
Scheduling classes is a simple process. During certain times of the year, signing up in advance is recommended. Instructors are polite, knowledgeable, and consistently offer new challenges at each class.

I like several things about the studio. Please note I only attend classes in Laurel.
The classes are small and the instructors know everyone's name. There is a very positive atmosphere. The whole experience is pleasant and this alone is an encouragement to come back again and again.
The instructors are very knowledgeable and seem to know when to provide assistance based on the individual and her/his current level at the class.

Something nice to look at on the ceiling in the equipment room. I know that would be hard "possibly impossible" but the current dark ceiling is hard to look at.
