friendly atmosphere. as a new participant, the teacher was very helpful. but i did have trouble hearing her over the music which made it harder for a beginner.

Fit On was GREAT! Becky took her time to show me the bike and got me set up. I felt comfortable to work out there without feeling like I was being judged. The space was clean, great music on, and wonderful, helpful staff!
