Positive, encouraging atmosphere. Variety of exercises means no boredom. Coaches are very attentive to individuals' particular needs as demonstrated by functional fitness testing. And, I'm seeing results--even my husband is noticing improved tone and strength.

The personalized touch! You greet everyone by their name, you introduce the new clients. Your coaches are "engaged" with every class. Meagan, Adam, Erin and Dean will quietly correct any position that is incorrect during the session. I do not ever feel "left on my own." I am amazed the staff is able to focus so directly one each and every one of us.
I love training in the group atmosphere, knowing that people are expecting me to show up four times a week and I especially love how my trainers modify my program for me since I deal with chronic pain. This is what allows me to keep coming back!

The coaches truly care about you and motivate you to get better. Modifying a routine due to injury is another thing I like. Emphsize good nutrition, not just the training.

The way the trainers get to know you personally and care about the way you feel and if something is not working for you they modify it for you. They genuinely care about their clients and what they do and you're only three minutes from my house.
Nancy makes a special effort to know what I'm working on struggling with... and then checks in with me and holds me accountable.
Love the coaches.... Like the fact that they are they to help you in fitness... The personal attention you receive... if you miss and class they check in and see if things are okay and the periodic phone calls just to see how things are going.. I like all the blogs to keep us update... and I like the challenges & accountability keeps you on track
The coaches, the schedule (what other gyms are open at 5:00 a.m.?!?), the training is always challenging, the other "stuff" (FMS, challenges, appointments with CJ, nutrition coaching, TFW!!), the improvements and changes you constantly make to make your program even better. A lot had changed at Get Fit over the years - for the better!

Fun, family atmosphere, focus is on clients entire well-being not just physical performance, you go above and beyond what the gyms do.
Well organized, well coached, variable workouts that begin and end on time and with appropriate warm-up and cool down exercises. In addition there is extensive education about diet and life style that is helpful and encouraging messages that appear regularly in the blog.
