Coaching is excellent. Adam has really come into his own and is great answering technical questions about exercises. The workouts are well designed and I hate missing even one day. Get Fit has a great portfolio of services which are all very helpful.
Every day, the workout is different so it stays interesting. Meagan is a great teacher and caring coach. The workouts are challenging and invite us to push ourselves, but there are always modifications based on our personal limitations (band colors) or fitness level. I appreciate the screening conducted before beginning classes -- great to know that you know what my body needs. I like the focus on healthy living -- S3, Grateful Plate -- not just on fitness. I like the size of the 7:25 a.m. class -- not too large and crazy, but big enough to have people of all different fitness levels, all different shapes and sizes. A friendly, welcoming, supportive place.
