I love that no matter what age you are, size you are, or level of ability you are, there is no judgment among your staff, nor among the members. Your services are customized for each and every individual no matter where they are in the process or where they started from. Providing modifications for each exercise, doing the screenings to make sure we are responsibly training for our individual needs, and always being coached in an uplifting manner have all been attributes I speak of when talking about your services. I could not be happier with my decision to come work out with you. My neighbor, Amy Roberge, trains in the Epsom location and had nothing but wonderful things to say about you guys. I have thanked her so many times for introducing me to such an amazing facility.

The instructors - i don't mind some instructors don't stay long or instructors teach at different times. I just want instructors that are professional and are engaged in the classes, know the participant's name and truly are focused on the participants
I like the classes! The entire hour is focused on getting a great workout - warm-up, a variety of workout stations and least than 5-10 mins cool down
