I love the MVP experience. That was really cool. I wish the employees were given a list of the channels with what games are playing and when. They couldn't find the game I wanted to watch at no fault to them.

Everything about the place. The stylist I see is excellent. She's also very friendly and professional. The place is always neat and clean, which is great. The TVs with the sports are a nice add. And I really really like getting the double shampoo, towel, and massage. That is possibly THE most relaxing thing ever.
