The staff were very friendly and helpful as well as took into consideration of the current COVID pandemic by taking precautions to ensure movie goers were safe by wearing masks, cleaning the theaters, and offering gloves to use the drink and popcorn machines (first time I have seen this anywhere!). I also do like the theater offering limited seating to promote distancing which works well in small groups but when large groups are there it defeats the purpose as large groups will want to sit together thus having some guests closer than intended by the limited seating layout. When I went in a group of 3 it was manageable to sit together and maintain distance from others but a large group of 6 or more had sat close to other guests which did not affect me but it would have bothered me if I was near a large party especially since I would like to enjoy the movie without wearing my mask for the whole movie as well as having a person who may be asymptomatic spreading germs directly behind me. Other than this concern, I love Santikos and appreciate the lengths Santikos goes through to ensure I/we can enjoy the theater experience again.
