The Embassy location has been my family’s preferred Santikos theater for years. The staff is always attentive, the theater is always clean and sound and picture quality is always in point.

I love how purchasing tickets is easy. Employees are nice and welcoming. Food is good too. Burgers are surprisingly good!!!

We always choose Santikos over any other theater and go in about once a month at least… this time was frustrating when purchasing our tickets though. The app isn’t showing the cibolo location and I even deleted the app and downloaded again. Also, I had to go in to get our tickets because the website wouldn’t take our payment and kept giving me issues picking our seats. Overall, it was a good experience there but the online ticketing was a mess which isn’t common so I’m not sure what the issue was yesterday.

I feel like I am an advocate for Santikos. I am always recommending Santikos to family, friends. The theaters are 2nd to none, especially after visiting others in San Antonio. My wife and I love the movies, so we get gift cards a lot but never from Santikos and it pains us! We're thankful for the gifts, however, I do mention to please give us something from Santikos!

My wife and I havent been to the Mayan since before the pandemic. The burgers were awesome with flavor. Disappointed that you don't have the Mayan Nachos anymore. They were delicious. Service was great, clean theater. Re-established my membership for my rewards.

New location had great clean interior. Staff needs to work on customer service skills. New gaming areas look well done. Parking lot being smaller could be a disadvantage later on
