The newly renovated theaters are very nice. I like being able to reserve our seats ahead of time. We appreciate Santikos' charitable work and we plan to only visit Santikos for our theater needs.

We love the Palladium! Employees are friendly and popcorn’s always good. It’s the only theater that my husband and I go to.
Well honestly they should allow you to put butter in your popcorn at the cash register or closer to it so that it can be filled again easier halfway.

Clean facilities and a large selection of games to play in the arcade. Bowling and Laser Tag and self serve popcorn and drinks. It was my first time there and I had a blast. I might go back just for the arcade.

We had vouchers about to expire and your customer service department informed me I could turn them in for future tickets. So we wouldn't lose out. We tried but your system would not allow your employee to do it, someone stepped up and suggested a raincheck. Love it!!! Thank you!!!
However I've been trying to get my expiration date on my credit card changed on the santikos app but I'm unable too, so I can't buy tickets through the app, I have to go online. Help please
