I like going there to see our movie and eat popcorn and icee. The staff is very friendly.
Cleanliness of theatre
It’s easy to reserve a seat online. I most always reserve seats in the VIP section. Even if the movie isn’t available with VIP seats I like that all seats are recliners and have a tray. Great food, Coke products (A MUST), popcorn, wine and the theater is clean.
Popcorn is always the best! Ease of theater entry and courtesy of staff. There was an issue with the viewing and it was resolved and the movie restarted in less than 5 minutes.

I live in Waco Texas and when I come to San Antonio I always take my grandkids to Santikos. It's Grandma's treat. What I like best is when I purchase the popcorn or anything else I have "rewards" that go against the purchase. And the fact of how much money Santikos donates to charity. Keeps us coming back over and over and over .........

The ease of ticket purchases, drinks and popcorn
They always make us feel welcome and at the snack bar they always make sure to let me know I have points for snacks I am buying. I take my granddaughter who is autistic 2-3 times a week sometimes we see the same movie twice cause she won't stay for the whole movie. On Tuesday 6/27/2023 we had to leave with in 5 minutes into the movie cause she got a nose bleed and given a refund for the movie ticket which I was very happy.
I like the self serve popcorn and drinks!

Santikos in Cibolo is the best theater in town. Their Tuesday special is awesome and the free refills on drinks and popcorn is something I’ve never seen at any other theater. I just love Santikos and always choose this over any other.

Smaller theater with the most comfortable seating, great food and drinks, and awesome specials.
Santikos truly takes care of their guests, as this was my experience! I brought up a couple of encounters during our visit that made us not so happy and they really heard our voice. Needless to say they addressed the problem and fixed it right away surprisingly because not all businesses run this way. I will definitely be returning with my family, thank you Santikos for going above and beyond!

Location and bar
Everyone is helpful, friendly and kind. Theatre is clean, cool, and relaxing. The chairs are very comfortable and the popcorn is delicious. I enjoy going to see movies at the Palladium.
