I love the Santikos brand. I love that it gives back to the community in various charitable ways. The theaters themselves are well kept and clean. It’s always an enjoyable experience.

Good Comfy seating & love the self refill on refreshment....(we dont like the interruption of food delivery & pmt collection during the movie is soooo disruptive & annoying)
My movie buddy and I prefer to patronize Santikos Theatres because of the quality products offered plus the $5 Military Monday admission.
The Mayan Monday AM staff has always been cheerful, respectful and helpful. No slackers noticed. They have also been very knowledgeable about the movie or concession food product. We appreciate we can pour our own popcorn/drink and return for more.
The lobby and bathroom have always been clean and orderly. The after movie trash crew has always been promptly available to tidy the theatre for the next showing.
We always enjoy our show at the Mayan Theater!

Clean theaters, nice seats that are not torn, carpet does not smell or have stains and sliding chair tables are perfect!
It’s clean, the seats recline, there’s plenty of space in the isles and you don’t have to worry about how tall the person in front of you is. The staff is friendly.

Affordable and clean. It is also conveniently located as I live across the street from the theater.
I’ve gone and watched quite a few movies, I’ve only had two experiences that I was not happy about, we usually sit at B row and one time sitting in that particular row my seat was broken and I did want to miss any part of my movie so I was uncomfortable throughout the movie and for the next few days I’d developed a crick in my neck. I did let an employee know as we were leaving. We usually get a pretzel and cheese and yesterday we got one like usual and it was so bad, it was very hard on the outside, tough when biting into it, they should be timed. Service is always great! Usually a great experience.
