What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I like the variety of movies, foods & drinks! However; I'm having trouble signing into my Loyalty reward program. How can we fix this?

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

We love the Santikos theaters... especially the Bijou and the remodeled Embassy Theaters. Seats are comfortable both places.
However, the evening of Jan. 21 was frustrating. We arrived at the Embassy 45 minutes in advance of the scheduled movie time (HIDDEN FIGURES) only to find the show was in a small theater and 2 seats together were sold out. WHY were the show times limited & even put in a small theater?!! So we drove 20 minutes over to the Bijou knowing we have a 1+ hour wait. We thought we'd look at the menu and possibly order something... discovered that all the menus were in the theaters and there were NO menus available in the lobby! I inquired from the young woman at the snack bar as to what the goat cheese came with. She said Chips. Well how much is it? $15.00! Too high for me especially since drinks are $5.00. Once inside the theater, we discovered the goat cheese was not only $7.99 but also was served over vegetables! Now we probably would have paid that for it. Obviously the young lady at the snack bar wasn't familiar with the menu, the offerings or the pricing. Glad I didn't take a chance and order... who knows what I would have gotten! While waiting I asked the ticket taker if there was a way to buy tickets on-line and he responded that he guessed so...but never once did he offer to help me access that correct website or show me how to do so! When the movie was over at 12:45 a.m. there was NO theater employee anywhere in sight! Several years ago I called in a complaint about the lack of visible staff at closing time and was told that they would always have someone available. Obviously that policy is not being followed. So even though we love Santikos and will continue to patronize Santikos, the recent experience was lacking.... lacking in availability of popular & worthwhile shows, lack in availability of theaters to accommodate patrons, inadequately trained staff, lack of availability of menus for those waiting for the show, etc. The Bijou needs improvement.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I went to the Classics showing of Singing in the RAin. I think that's an awesome series. I'm 46 and haven't seen a lot of the classics. My husband and I plan to make this a regular event for us.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I always enjoy going to the Rialto........service is excellent and friendly usually. This last time I went to the movies I was asking for assistance with my loyalty reward points. The last time I went to the movies I forgot my card, on my last visit I was seeking assistance to get my points added (I had my receipts from my last visit) and no one was willing to help me. I was told that I could go online and do it but unfortunately I am having difficulty accessing that site. I have called the corporate office for assistance but went to voice mail and I have not heard form anyone. What should I do to redeem my points?

Went there to take my daughter to see a certain movie ended up being sold out but management there were able to get us in a few minutes later due to people having to thank you again she really loved the movie

I like santikos very much in fact my #1 theatre. However my sister told me she received some free pass and etc when u reopened. On bitters. I did not and that is disappointing.

I had a simple question an staff was not able to answer my question. My guess was this was a new employee. But they directed me to Michael Burton. He quickly responded and set up an appointment to correct my issue to my question. And since then I have been more on a Samtikos Northwest customer. I thank him so much for his genuine concern and assistance.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The remodel looks GREAT! Everyone was nice, but Petra at the concession stand was especially lovely. We used our free pizza coupon (my husband and I), and she was thoughtful enough to suggest that she cut our one pizza slice (and they are quite large) into two so that my husband and I would each have our own. It was a wonderful experience and we are looking forward to returning.
