It personally challenges me according to my weight and age. I get good cardio through the treads and strength-training through weights. I also work on my balance.
This studio is awesome! The music is great and gets you into the workout, and the coaches are super motivating. I also really like having a new workout template every time so it doesn't get stale. My only suggestion would be to have some options for afternoon classes on the weekend which I would definitely attend!
