I think OTF is a great workout. It is always changing and challenging. The front desk staff is always super friendly and fun. However, the instructor this weekend was far from my favorite. She was not very energetic and maybe slightly boring.
I like the combination of strength and cardio. I also like the fact that the strength workouts are designed in such a way that every muscle group is exercised over time.
The coaches are phenomenal and they make sure you do the exercises right. I really appreciate
them opening up when they could, during this inclement weather.

I like that it is an intense workout and that it is different every day in such a manner that over time all my my muscle groups are exercised. I like the sprinting on the treadmill. Even though I had been running at least 3 times a week for over 20 years, my 3 mile run time dropped by 3-5 minutes about 2 weeks after I started at Orange Theory. I like the rowers for the fact that most of the muscle groups in my body are worked out.
