What else can I say? 8+ years of Elite membership starting in my late fifties, I attribute OT to a major boost to my efforts dealing with the aging process.
I like that it is challenging. I like the intervals on the treadmill, all-out sprints, walks, fast jogs, etc. Also appreciate the expert advice on weightlifting to ensure a proper form and avoid injury.
EVERYTHING!! The staff, coaches, environment, workout templates, the energy, the music and even the members who have become personal friends. I can’t say enough abt how thankful I am for having started classes 7 years ago!!
I like that I set my own pace yet encouraged by the coach. I love the loud music and the darker setting. I love when the coach call out my name for either encouragement or anything. I like when the coach points out my wrong posture when I'm on the floor or the rower. I love that I don't need to figure out what I need to do next, I just do what I'm told.
The staff did a great job of getting me set up and the first workout exceeded my expectations. I love the data-heavy nature of the experience. That allows me the discipline to push myself harder. The one thing that didn’t work is the app has not been allowing me to add classes within my 7-day trial period.
