The classes have an upbeat vibe that motivates me to show up and just start the workout. It is structured yet allows for modifications, and for everyone to go at whatever pace they like without feeling left behind. So far, the instructors have been very helpful. They observe and correct clients if needed to without being over bearing or stepping one's personal space. I leave feeling like I challenged myself and feel motivated to book my next class.
Everything! I feel amazing everywhere after every single workout! My motto…just keep showing up! The coaches are amazing the music is motivating and you literally just have to show up and make it through the class… the rest just happens!
They consistent coaching and the friendly and welcoming staff. The early morning classes are the best! I always use these workouts to get to my next fitness level!
I go there at least two times a week. The staff is really great and best of all they have been there for years. Nice to walk into a business and they know your name and you have a chat.
There are a couple of things - wish there was enough soap in the soap dispensers in the bathrooms.
Some instructors announce how much time is left in the exercise periods and others do not. I rather know so I can keep pushing myself to the very end. Jason does a great job at this.
When I go from the tread mill to do floor exercises I cannot see my heart rate/zone. It would be nice to visualize this in order to regulate my exercise session.
