This was my first OT workout in several years. The vibe was great in class and instructor did a fabulous job with clarity on what group she was instructing.
Workouts are predictable but have enough elements change to keep it interesting. Coaches are friendly, supportive and I like that they encourage you to push yourself. Coaches dialogue in class is motivating. All the equipment is in good shape and works properly giving you a lot of real time information.
Orangetheory is a good solid, Full body workout. They always have perky, friendly trainers and staff without exception. Best of all, the workout is a good blend of cardio and light strength training. You always feel better having worked out. Simple as that
The new Strength 50 classes! I hope for more timeslots in the near future! The coaches are also great, super positive and helpful when I'm doing a move with poor posture as well as keeping up the energy of class.
I love the variety. It’s fast paced and fun (even at 7:30am) and the instructor (Evan) was such a great motivator. He was eager to answer questions and help me with my form throughout the class. This was my first time and I will definitely be back next week.
Its a very effective and efficient way to get in shape. I have gained so much muscle and improved my cardiovascular health in such a short time. I really notice a difference out in the world on how much I am able to do and how easier it is. I am a much better hiker because of it and it makes me feel so strong.
All the employees are cheery and pleasant at first site! Makes the workout easier to complete knowing everyone in the studio is wanting to be there! I appreciate the efficiency of each workout, full body in one hr!
