The coaches are extremely encouraging and motivating! It was nice being able to see my heart rate percentage on the board and being called out when I was close to being in the orange zone

Keeps me moving, I don't have to think about it, I see results super fast, love the addition of the heart monitor because it keeps me honest about how hard I'm working and is a great motivator. Instructors are awesome too!

I really like the trainers and staff and the full body work out that Orange Theory provides. In addition to 30 minutes of cardio. Overall a great work out packed into one hour.
