I like the pace of the classes and the focus on different muscle groups as you attend the different classes throughout the week. I like the fact that the coaches are there encouraging you and they ensure you are using proper form based on the exercise.
OTF never gets old. Every workout is a new challenge and I genuinely feel like I have accomplished something when the class is complete. Coaches are fantastic, motivating and friendly. I would highly recommend OTF for anyone no matter where you are on your fitness journey.
I like that the workout includes cardio and strength training. It is structured, easy to follow and effective. It’s fun and easy to challenge yourself.
