There's a great choice of classes - I like the foundations option which I recommend to friends trying out yoga for the first time. I also appreciate seasoned teachers like Brian, Silvio and Rohan.

My 1st time to yr location, really lovely space, had a great ambiance, great selection of classes, with great teachers, and variety of classes. Only suggestion, it was very busy after the the workshop, and there were people trying to purchase items from the shop, reception was very busy, it might be an idea to have some help, during busy times. Very positive experiecne.

My first visit and i got a lovely welcome, was shown where everything was located, the yoga room was bright and spacious and clean. And Rohan’s class was wonderful, as always.
