Great workout programs with great coaches! Have noticed improvements in my running fitness and road cycling results after a couple of months of visiting Orangetheory! Highly recommended
I loved that every one is there to do the workout at their own pace but are still available and eager to answer any questions or introduce themselves to new members.
I like the fact that it combines high intensity cardio with weights. The instructors at Midtown are very friendly, young, and energetic. They seem to be concerned about about their clients and correct any poor technique, which I think is very important.
The circuit set up is really nice! Between switching stations and circuits within the stations. Keeps the workout interesting and helps you get through the workout. The coaches are great and have high energy!
The classes is efficient, staff are very supportive and helpful, the change in activity keeps my attention and prevents me from becoming bored. Even when I was confused on a move or machine, either staff or other participants were kind and helpful in figuring it out… Definitely enjoyed the workout!
