The workouts are amazing and the coaches are spot on with cues and modifications. I feel comfortable asking for help and know that the coaches are keeping an eye on my form as well as offering encouragement at every step.
I love the mix between cardio and weights. The different workouts each day keep me from getting bored and the challenges and special workouts peppered in help to keep me motivated. Majority of the coaches are great and really contribute positively to my workout.

2. A no brainer for me...all I do is show up and follow the program for the day. No planning required by me to create a workout routine. Immediate feedback from my tracker after the workout is important.

Every single day the workout is different, so you never get bored. The coaches are fantastic at teaching form and making corrections. The goals of working in the heart rate zones give a full, efficient and well balanced workout. The studio has plenty of classes at varieties of times, so there’s something for everyone. I’ve never felt better about my fitness than I have in the time since I joined. OTF is the best.
Today was a perfect example of why OTF is the right place for me. We had an endurance workout. Throughout there were voices in my head saying, "Stop." Coach Michelle was also voicing encouragement and was able to quell the voices of quitting that were rattling around in my head.
The workout is over. I am exhausted and I am better for having done it. There is no way that I could have accomplished what I did on my own.
