As a repeat customer of about 2 decades at 2 residences,
the main reason that I continue to use Servicemaster as
opposed to Stanley Steamer & other competitors is due
to the expertise, professionalism, & pleasant manner of
SAMAD. I always request Samad as the technician sent to my
home because he is excellent and I am always extremely
satisfied with the job he does and how he treats me as the client.

Prompt and thorough, though I was expecting your work force to photograph cupboards and return packed items to their original location. I thought that that was a provided service. Also, I was dismayed to discover that aa piece of sculpture was broken in the process. I realize that accidents happen, but I would have appreciated being notified rather than unpacking the two broken pieces.
