Pleasant and knowledgeable Inspector. Very thorough and explanatory of what he was doing and why. The phone conversations with any individual staff member were pleasant and explanatory. We had a heat pump in another province and had an unsatisfactory experience with it. We realize that was 8 years ago and the heat pumps are more advanced and suppliers and installers well versed now. Certainly would reccomend this company.
