Friendly and they ask you afterwards to triple check to make sure you like their work and to please tell them if you don't. This is unique because a lot of places will ask you once and people are too polite to say no. I think a nice way of doing this is to also ask if they want to style their eyebrows / fill them in to see if there's anything else they need. I find that is the best way for customers to realize and look closely at the shape and cleanliness of the hairs
