I will never, ever, ever go anywhere else. Jessica is a brazillian waxing wonder! And her personality is equally as impressive. She welcomed me with a friendly smile, refreshing enthusiasm and a genuine warmth and I felt immediately comfortable and remained so during the entire procedure. She is extremely skilled at what she does. My brazillian was precise, painless and quick (exactly how a waxing service should be)! And she 'left things' ;) exactly the way I had asked her to! Another rarity! I feel she went above and beyond, paying close attention to my needs, comfort level and also, took her time during the post wax portion of the appointment...removing any wax residue and any remaining stubborn spots (which there weren't many of!). She is extremely efficient, skilled and professional and truly just a neat person. I couldn't be happier with the results. I'd also like to thank the front desk staff, who were also exceptional. They were extremely gracious, accommodating, and helpful. They answered all of my questions clearly and with patience and even offered me information on where to park. I was welcomed into the salon with the same warmth and friendliness and that was even after I came rushing in a few minutes late! Truly a great experience in a beautiful and clean atmosphere, with excellent staff who excel in customer service and interpersonal skills. Again, I will be going nowhere else, so thank you all for the wonderful and refreshing experience! Look forward to seeing you guys soon!
