Efficient service. Rarely wait more than a few minutes to be called. All the browser are great, critical of their own work, open to feedback, genuinely nice, non judgemental & over the years I have learned about what I like for my brows. However, I really appreciate consistency of finding specific people (Semina) most time I go to this location. This builds relationships of trust which prompt me to arrange to go to this location.
Sara was incredible! Today was my first Brazilian waxing experience and I was extremely nervous and terrified. It was definitely as painful, if not more, than I imagine, so I was very squirmy and needed some extra comfort. Sara did exactly that. She was kind and patient. Gave me moments to relax and made sure that I was okay with continuing. She gave me a thorough consolation before and also helpful tips to continue the process into the future. She was very pleasant and I'm grateful that she made, what could have been a horrible experience, very comfortable. I already pre booked my next 2 visits with her!
Every one was kind and so gentle. Maggie was practicing with sugar wax, and as my first time also, she was great and it turned out great and easy!

Kashmira who did my waxing was so patient and sweet. I was really nervous about the pain and just generally shy about the Brazilian experience and she made me feel comfortable! She gave me tips for next time and answered all my questions!
I love how when I walk in your door, I am greeted so warmly, I feel wanted! I have had a few of the women do my eyebrows and loved all of them, but my heart was stolen by Faranak, I have hard to do eyebrows and she does them perfectly every time. I love all you women, Thank You for everything you do.
I love that even though it was apparent that it was really busy I was able to get my eyebrows done in a reasonable time. I also appreciate that it doesn't matter who does my eyebrows I still get the same awesome quality from everyone. I really love this business and it shows that the owners are very invested it and their customers. I love Dolly and and I love Natashah! Thank you for glowing up my life.

They do a better job of threading than anywhere else. I have tried several places in San Diego and in Orange County and Beauty by Dolly is by far the best.
