I love all the teachers and how much my daughter has been improving. Also love the atmosphere and that she enjoys going. One thing I would say it would be nice if there was a monthly progress report so I can know how much my daughter is improving and more stuff sent home weekly.

Welll- so far- from first contact - 1 month ago- I received a very quick response to my first call. After having my initial questions asked I brought my daughter in for an assessment. While she did that I finished off the paperwork.
The way my daughter was treated and spoken too-made me very comfortable and felt right away that this will be good for her.
The environment was clean, fresh, warm and friendly.
She just attended her first class and so far, so good.

Nothing really, that I notice right now, we are fairly new to the program and so far I am impressed with how sylvan works with and around family schedules.
Our children dont have a problem going and we try to review at home as much as we can during a busy summer schedule, and sylvan doesn't lecture us for not keeping up, they're understanding friendly and approachable.
So far we're happy.
