I have been using Zerorez for over 19years. The method that Zerorez uses does not saturate the carpet with water or cleaners. It drys quickly, does not damage the padding and does not resoil quickly either. We add to our rental agreements with our tenants that they need to use Zerorez for their carpet cleaning so that the carpet remains in great condition. Sterling did our cleaning, he was on time, personable and did a great job. This is our second experience with him and I would highly recommend him.
