Great service and the Technician was Amazing, moving a couple things to insure everything got cleaned. So professional, courteous and friendly. My tile looks beautiful, and my carpets look like new AND they are SO SOFT. No sticky feel, no stiffness and everything smells so fresh and clean. Couldn’t be happier. What a pleasure to do business with Zerorez.
Zerorez performed exactly how they advertised...was very glad thorough in their communication about the appt. time. We’re respectful about any health concerns about COVID for both parties.

The Service was excellent !!! The young man who came was completely excellent !!! Thank you for your service . I will most certainly tell others about Zerorez.
There was one section of our sectional couch that needed to be moved, because we had already moved all of the rest. After the cleaning when we moved that section back there was a huge scratch on our wood floor and now it is discolored and looks terrible. The guys were friendly but I would like a little more care with our furniture and flooring.
They came and cleaned the carpet as asked and did an outstanding job and even came early. Ron

Zerorez does a great job on our carpets and Josh was on time fand ready to clean our carpets. I called a little late to get them cleaned and Josh fit us in his schedule and did a wonderful work on our carpets too.

Employees are friendly they call ahead . I like that you only use water to clean. No harsh chemicals . My neighbors wanted to know who we used and if we were happy . Said yes

Ian Griffith was our Zerorez technician. He told us the products being used, looked at the areas to be cleaned and treated them. We are very happy with the results. The travel areas were greatly improved . Our carpet is 20 year old Berber and it looks like new. We also asked that the til in our kitchen be treated and I will have Zerorez back to do more at a later time. The groat looks great. Thank you for your service.
