Convenient location to get to. Friendly , informative service , not too pushy or salesy. I also think the follow up visit offered for any touch ups that may be needed is an excellent waybof keeping cudtomers happy and therefore returning. This is the part that sold it to me. It offeres a certain reassurance.

Really everything, The professionalism and friendly treatment of Drs Anita and Nazim. The good results I had on my Botox treatments and the friendly approach of the clinic staff (receptionists etc) Also the pleasant atmosphere in the clinic.

Its small and personal and I get to know the doctors. The receptionists are always very friendly and helpful and getting an appointment is always fairly quick.
