Very personal and do not push any sales. Sales of other products don't seem to be a priority, when a product is recommended it feels genuine.lovely people too!

Very polite and professional staff. Dr Mark was very down to earth and straightforward, giving me realistic expectations about treatment. Give 9/10 instead of 10/10 as there have been more than a few occasions when I have phoned the clinic during normal working hours but the phone has rung out and gone to voicemail.

Small, discreet, and spotlessly clean environment. Friendly member of staff (Jorge) who couldn't have been nicer or more professional - he was great, and being a male waxing appointment I was grateful that he worked very quickly!

I'm thrilled with the results of my wrinkle injections at the Face Clinic with Dr. Anita Kapoor. Dr. Kapoor was very professional and thorough in going over the procedure, and I felt comfortable receiving the treatment from an experienced/qualified doctor - would highly recommend.
