Both the lady on reception and the Doctor were so friendly and made me feel immediately comfortable. I also felt like they answered my questions really clearly and professionally. Plus, the clinic is super cute and I loved its cosy relaxed decor.

Had a very refreshing and honest consultation with Dr Anita who I could not have been more impressed with - she is clearly very knowledgeable and shares lots of information with you which comes from a place of giving honest advice rather than anything related to trying to sell you things for the sake of it (which I believe is the case at some other places). Overall I had a super positive experience at the Face Clinic and have already recommended to friends.

I was actually insisting to get more services, but Dr Kapoor and George were very professional and explained to why I didn't need them.
