I use the facility primarily for lap swimming. Now, especially (Covid19) it is difficult to rely on a swimming lane to be available, without sharing with someone you don't know or don't already share space with. I think modified rules should be discussed and adopted for your peak usage times (prior to 8:00 am). Maybe even reserving lanes for blocks of time?
On another subject - twice in the last month I have observed and reported members using cell phones in the women's locker room actually video chatting. You current signage states no cell phone usage in the locker room/wet areas. The implication is that it's fine to use phones in the locker rooms as long as it is not in a wet area. If this is the actual intention - it doesn't make much sense.
There's so many different things to choose from whether it be the classes or all of the machines. The staff is super friendly and there are multiple locations which is nice.
The gym is very clean.
Equipment, people, staff, steam room, hot tub, sauna, outdoor pool.
1) Better management of people who are unmasked, or who are wearing their masks improperly
2) Better consistency with pool temp mgmnt..usually too cold be 2-3 degrees
3) hot tub now broken? Been weeks

I preferred the cardio upstairs.
I don’t understand what the G points are for.
Lack of social distancing and masks, especially in the evening.
More towels laying around and weights on the equipment now.
Weight droppers and groaners don't really help my workouts.
I was looking forward to equipment being updated by previous owners, probably not happening now.
Suggestion... I would move kleenex boxes away from water fountains.
Overall, I feel that they are taking the pandemic seriously more so than other local gyms with filters, distancing, and closing machines accordingly.
So many options for a work out, staff awesome and social events to be involved abs meet members
Close to my house so I can get there in 5 minutes.
I love the water aerobics classes.

The staff and the pool outside was much cleaner than in past years.

Never went to this particular location, east Olathe is the closest to me.
119th location closed and we are made to go to a more compacted location, and on top of that there are no 24 hr facilities on the Kansas side.
Open another 24 hr facility in kansas. Lee Summit and Ward parkway seem to be the only ones. I have been a member at the 119th location since 24hr fitness, and paid the membership because of that 24hr add-on. If I'm going to a facility that has limited hours and smaller , it should reflect my bill.
We moved to the 70th and A street Genesis, mainly because when my son and I went to the gym on O street this past Sunday the staff was closing the facility at 6pm. They told us that it was Genesis policy, yet we called the one on 70th and they said they would be open till 8pm. So from here on out we will be going to the one on 70th.
Staff needs to wear their masks properly (covering their noses) - especially at the front desk.
Music is way too loud - everyone wears headphones these days and it would be nice to not have classic rock blaring over what I am trying to listen to... or at least have the music off/turned way down during non-peak hours (5a-6:30a, 2p-4p, etc)
There needs to be more emphasis on masks being worn in the locker room - unless your showering or actively drying your face/applying makeup, a mask should be worn.

Some of the equipment is not being kept up very well. ie: treadmills where the ear phone jacks are not working.
One time I asked how the "points" work and was told I need to call in later. Maybe send an email explaining how this works:) Thanks

Too late bought out by Genesis. Not the same
When I joined I was promised an updated gym! After one year Genesis has done absolutely nothing!!! The locker room is so nasty that I wouldn’t let my dog use it! It’s really disgusting that all the gyms in Omaha are nicer than anything in Lincoln! Genesis is just like every other chain in Lincoln! You will take our money but give us nothing!!! I wish Genesis would do some updating in Lincoln! You just suck money out of Lincoln & give absolutely nothing back!!!! Maybe you should leave Lincoln & let someone take over that cares!!!

The staff is incredible!
The weight machines and treadmills, bikes, elliptical need to be fully wiped down daily. They are very dirty and dusty. A coat rack by the front door would be nice so we don’t have to go into the locker rooms to hang up coats. Updated locker rooms!
