Have more restrooms available, especially on the 2nd level.
Limit the Jr High kids to non peak times on the machines.
Opening the club consistently on time over the weekend will cause my scores to rise. It's a matter of TIME. This is the SHOW ME state. :-)
Hard to say since I haven't seen the upgraded facility.
She of us are not as tech. savvy as others. When the staff answers the phone, don't send them directly to a website or portal. Try taking the time to interact with your members and be proactive.

The steam room is always broken down, and tiles are missing. The water fountain barely works, and should be updated so members can fill their water bottles. The water fountain alone is a sign that the gym is way behind the times. The hot tub is always full of hair balls and band aids, if and when it works. When calling to talk to a manager about my membership I get the run around and then never get a call back. Still waiting for a phone call from genesis north.
Club is very clean and spacious.
The licker room and steam room is really bad .

The atmosphere, however the equipment needs updated.
Everything but the hours. I work long days and don't get off until late at night. So I only work out after work. Means sometimes I dont have enough time to drive to the gym before I'd only have 30mins left and you guys close. So then I dont go or I drive to another location that's (there's only like 2) that are open until 11pm.
Fri and Sat are the worst. I'm not a drinker or partier. So I want to hit the gym on Sat after work. But you guys close at 6pm. :(
Too much competition getting Court time during prime time. I get there needs to be junior tennis academy, adult clinics, club leagues (like the Thursday night doubles), BUT adding TenCap, USTA, AND selling courts to Rockhurst or other customers BEFORE paying members can even book a court is not appreciated. The club is double dipping by getting money from hourly court rentals from all these non-member groups while collecting recurring monthly dues from members, some like me paying for unlimited court time. You're not looking out for your members by doing it this way and sticking us members with availability late night or extremely early hours or 1-2 court availability. All the non-members above belong to other clubs or have other courts to use when the weather is nicer, so by serving them before your actual customers it will not only hurt your brand loyalty, it will lead to core customers leaving. Take care of the actual members first because other clubs will be happy to serve them. Good job keeping the bubbles mostly comfortable during the cold periods. Small bubble needs to be cleaned. Balls get dirty within minutes. Check the air quality in there due to the fine particulate on the court.
As you enter the newly renovated Westroads location, it is not only beautiful, but everyone is friendly and helpful
The club seems clean and there is plenty of equipment.
The cost is too high relative to other clubs. The amenities are not worth fees charged.
I feel there are quite a few updates that are overdue. A few examples being cardio equip and/or tv attached to it. It is very difficult to find a machine that is both functional with a functional television. Also both the steam room and sauna in the women's room are in serious disrepair. I love going into the steam then sauna after a workout but the steam room is not very steamy anymore and has missing tiles, rust and is just gross to look at. Similarly, the sauna is missing slats of wood and doesn't work as well as it used to.
I love to swim and like it that I can come anytime to do that. My last gym only had certain times to swim as they had other kinds of water classes being offered.
On some of the row machines (back right corner) you can no longer read the weights on the machine. It would be great for that to be improved. Also the new weights last year were great. Maybe inspect the barbells and see if they’re all still in good condition or not.
Women’s sauna does not get hot, temperature needs adjusted. More cleaning stations are needed. Sanitizing wipes would be more efficient than paper towels with spray. People get lazy and don’t want to spray, so sanitizing wipes would likely get used more . Overall, good facility. Stays fairly clean

I like that the gym started adding more group classes again. The gym is never packed and I feel safe during the current COVID-19 times. The instructors are all great.
West roads was just remodelled and I enjoy the openness of the weight and exercise area. Still waiting for the pool to reopen and the locker rooms.
Great facility; up to date, ample workout equipment, clean, well kept.
Club off maple st is inconsistent and rude. My son was working out all week and just randomly he couldn’t get in without a signed consent
