Size and equipment selection and most of all the personal trainers
I joined this gym because it has a pool. However, I was disappointed that I most of times, there was no lane available. I have been driving to the one on 84th &Q, eventhough it is quite a drive.
I need to check it out again after the Westroad location has been opened to see if there will be less traffic at the pool.
Otherwise, I love service you have provided so far.
Parking lot is bad - potholes, sidewalk on the east side has holes, trash and yard waste in the parking lot looks like it's hardly ever picked up. Some clocks throughout the club haven't worked in months. Outdoor tennis courts need to be renovated or removed. Large sign holder in the parking lot needs to have a Genesis sign (in addition to the one on the building) or it needs to come down.
The atmosphere is just a bit dreary. Need improvement in that regard and the locker rooms.
Having soap in all the soap dispensers.
Switching out some of the seats on the cycle bikes that have cracks & splits in them at the South location.
This review is for the Fort Collins club as this is the only club I have been going to for years now. I'd like to say that the renovations have been great and were badly needed. The turf has been a nice addition and the weight room is so much nicer now that the nasty floor has been replaced. I also appreciate the additional squat racks and new equipment. Locker rooms are much better now too! That being said are still lots of issues with aging equipment and parts of the facility that have been ignored. First of all, the hot tub being out of order for months on end is just unacceptable at this point since people pay more to go to this club over North/Centerra. Perhaps it's time to invest in some above ground hot tubs if they can't fix the leaky in-ground one. The indoor swimming pool could also use a facelift as the concrete is chipping and the bottom seems to be kind of dirty at times. I've also been frustrated with treadmills having electrical issues and not staying powered up. Also, there are not enough traditional spin bikes in the upstairs cardio room (I don't like the silly video/electronic types). The traditional spin bikes that are left have pedals that slip so you can't do standing climb. Other equipment issues I've noticed are split-open medicine balls and complete lack of slam balls. It would also be nice to have more dumbbells upstairs as there are not enough when it gets busy. Also, I notice the many of the kettle bell, mats, etc disappear from upstairs when boot camp classes are in session (5-6:30 pm), so then people upstairs don't have much to work with. I think it would be nice if you all could invest in extra sets of kettlebells and dumbbells to be stored in the gym specifically for those classes so they don't take away equipment from other people.
Several of the Treadmills need to be repaired. Some of the TVs don’t work or only get a poor connection.
Not sure how to improve -- but as memberships have increased, the ability to use equipment is getting harder and harder.

Family changing areas.
Equipment needs to be fixed in timely manner ,the gym needs to be thoroughly cleaned. It is pretty dirty now. Need to lose contracts before I would refer.
The equipment is very nice.
I usually don’t recommend unless asked.
Convenient

Mostly the tennis programs, the pros, friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness and... although not related, the convenience of the Fitness at the Loveland Club
It's fine but could be cleaner, no one wears masks, and there's no swim suit dryer
I am a little perturbed about the steam room in the mens locker being out of commission. Also it doesn't seem to be cleaned, or smell clean, as often as in the past. What about the eucalyptus spray as in the past? What about the broken water machine down the hall? When are we going to be getting ice? Some of the showers could use a tune-up too. I understand a big revamp is coming, so when are we going to be informed about things? I don't like having to pay for things that are broken and I do hope that things "get going" with the new stuff so we can achieve our goals.
Management does not follow through with repairs. The speakers in one of the exercise rooms has been broken for over six months, no repair has been made. One of the faucets in the women’s locker room barely has water coming out, it’s been like that for months. those are just two of the things that I noticed on a regular basis.
I like how large the westroads location is and I like the turf field. I also like the variety in machines
Size and location
I love the pool and am anxious for the outdoor pool to be open. The front desk staff is very helpful. I appreciate the outdoor pool being open when the club is open.
Get back to earlier opening hours on the weekends. Also, a few times no one is there to open up at opening time...10 min late or so. upgrade the bathrooms...specifically men's showers.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The entire area is clean. The equipment is well maintained.
Not close to location. There are no locations close to me.
The location, friendly people, Kendra is a great trainer, cleanliness, I’m thankful for the pool, whirlpool , steam and dry sauna.
It just isn't the same, and frankly I have only been to my TRX class with Brent.
I am going to try going back to my pilates class and Barre class this weekend.
But most of the people I know have gone elsewhere.
