I understand that the building is under construction, but the AC has been a problem for years in Studio 1, and it has never been permanently fixed. It’s terribly hot in there during class, and terribly unhealthy for it to be so hot in there.
It’s great that you’re finally fixing things, but I’m not so sure that the current members are gonna stick it out to see the final finished product.
Variety of equipment and employees are always helpful!

My favorite thing is the steam shower. It has been down since the 5th. I expect thing to be repaired in a timely manner. I was just think of calling monday and ask for a discount for May. I havent been since the pandemic. I didnt freeze my account because I wanted the club to be maintained. When will these get fixed?
The hot tub is constantly in repair and broke. It was broken almost all winter. The sauna was broke for a while but it works really well now. However the hot tub / sauna / pool is the one differentiating factor from other gyms in the area. We pay extra for Genesis because of this. There's not really a point to have a membership with a more expensive gym when the main best things are broken.
The size, amenities, classes and staff are awesome.
Its clean amd easy to get to
It is always busy, not enough squat racks and is a VERY dirty facility in Omaha, NE at the Cass Street location specifically

I work shift work. One of the perks of joining was the regular hours of closing at 1100 pm on most days. 9 doesnt work for me. You're allowed to be open till 11 again. You should do so. I never would have joined with these hours. Men's locker reeks of sewage and has for over a year. This is ridiculous at this point. It should have been resolved long ago. What was once one of my favorite gyms is now a negative experience. I'll be canceling the first day I'm able to at the end of my contract unless something changes. Thank you
I understand that Covid has this outfit in a pinch, and i will patiently await some equipment refurbishment such as the worn vinyl on machines, and missing labels for the 5lb increment dials on those machines. It would trouble me in recommending this gym if those type of issues are left to deteriorate vs being repaired.
Apart from this, very happy with the gym.
water class 11.30 -12.15 every one is friendly . good work out .
It is convenient and clean with quality equipment.
The price of my membership is high. At Olathe East the indoor pool water is too cold. It makes me ache then & for days afterwards. The water temperature of the big shower near the saunas is very unpredictable in the women's shower area. I need a good sized shower & there are just 2. You'll be taking a short, 4-5 minute warm shower, & it'll frequently switch over to being Cold & stay that way! (Not very luxurious) The layout of the other large shower is not that convenient.
Other than that, I love the outdoor pool in the summertime.

I love the large array of options to have perform any sort of workout. Free weights, cardio, ab mats, etc. are all easily accessed to allow for any workout on any given day which is amazing.
Relabeling some of the weight machines’ weights. For example the tri press or the press machines at ward parkway ((far back right) are unreadable.
24/7 hours would be great if they could return.

Pool and exercise equipment!
Wouldn't let me cancel and made me waste 500 bucks to go to gym total of two times over more than a year. When I try to cancel, tell me I have to go in physically... Scam to keep contract running
pool closed at the 71st street location. i went to Broken Arrow location where the showers are cold water. So i suffered through a cold rinse off before my workout but have to wonder if anyone else is suffering through it or just getting in the pool. EEWW!
Hoping my 71st location opens the pool back so I can get back to my routine.
I love that the clients are normal people. Not a bunch of Barbie Dolls and Sports Heroes. But just normal people trying to do better. Don't get me wrong. There are also athlete's who come to work toward personal goals. But regular people can feel comfortable and unintimidated and Genesis. Everyone comes as they are, regardless of their current fitness level.
