It has the MOST squat racks I’ve ever seen and I actually don’t have to wait to get my compound lifts in. I absolutely adore it. I go as often as I can.

The treadmills have been out for over 6mo since a power outage.
Felt the club could be more :safe"during the pandemic.Do feel they worked to give.members the opportunity to stay away and pay less..but to come back easily.Staff very helpful.
More needed equipment for barre and yoga classes.
Upgrades are needed to locker rooms and steam room. These are two main benefits that separate you from the local competitors and they haven’t been upgraded in a long time. Other Genesis locations have upgraded facilities including locker rooms and steam room.
I enjoy the sauna and also being able to drop my kids off at the play area.

The variety of services: Sufficient number of State-of-the-Art equipment so I don't have to wait, jacuzzi, sauna, and pool, instruction from weight training to yoga and all that's in between, fun and friendly staff and members, cool merch, healthy drinks and other edible products, multiple activities-something for everyone from toddlers to seniors, ongoing and creative recreational activities such as Genesis-In-The-Park throughout the summer; hours of operation: sometimes I need to go workout at midnight and you're there for me!💖, monthly fee for all the service is incredible and multiple locations from which to choose.
Genesis REALLY DOES have our well-being at the center of their services and it shows!!!
It doesn't get any better than Genesis Health Clubs!!! Genesis IS THE Go-to meet you fitness and fun needs and I'm a lifelong member and active participant because I deserve the best!!
I am simply paying for more than i am desiring. I have had a good experience, but it was more than i needed.
I am overweight and I didn’t feel judged or uncomfortable. I thought I would feel uncomfortable and was a bit nervous to come in. Everything was clean and staff was friendly.
Get a straight bar for pull ups instead of the bars on the cable machine.
When it was Prairie Life, it was FAMILY and they made it Personal! We were their priority and they cared about our needs!
I'm appalled at the condition of our racquetball courts! They are filthy! There are no restrictions. The floors are are dirty, the glass is gross and I can't imagine the door handles are being cleaned.
You removed our water thermos and our towel bin. I have to ask for a hand towel as I do not like being offered a "shop towel"!
There's no hot water one day, the pool is closed the next and we are paying our regular monthly fee when new people only pay $10/month!
