Machines are often broken and not fixed. Having someone maintenance equipment on a regular basis should be a priority. It’s incredibly inconvenient not being able to use all the benefits we pay for when we come in. Specifically over 1/2 of the stair masters are ALWAYS broken. This morning (6/4) only 3 of them were functioning properly.
I love our classes, our instructors and my friends. I am, however, hoping to hear soon about the replacement of the big fan that quit working last year. Since they are now in season, hope to see one soon. It would be much appreciated by all of us as the temperature this summer continues to climb., A small complaint of an overall happy and privileged place to work out and feel like home.

Recently the indoor swimming pool at the Fort Collins Club location was so cloudy that you couldn't even see the lines at the bottom of the pool. My mistake was swimming my laps as usual - then I came down with an infection in my left ear ( swimmers ear). Why didn't' the staff at the club close the pool for sanitary reasons? I guess I was trusting that they knew what they were doing to leave it open for laps. Guess not. Now I have to stay out of the pool until this infection heals so I am doubly unhappy! Please let them know that they should close the pool if there is any doubt about health and safety. Name removed Phone number removed

Too many people holding machines and squat racks without doing anything just sitting there on their phones, there's people like me who don't have lots of time to be waiting for a machine to be available
It has a pool to swim laps in, nice locker rooms, and it is kept clean.
Restore divider curtain between basketball court and treadmills so individuals don't get hit by stray basketballs. People have been hit from behind, stumbled, and fallen while machines were running. This is dangerous.

This club is treated like a step child of clubs
We have filled out reports one after another to no avail . The management comes and goes ,decisions are made but no actions are taken to rectifying the problems in horizon which existed however excuses are always ahead of their justifications and they know we are all idiots to believe management . No matter how many times you all change management Personel decisions must be made from top and they don’t want to do so . Truthfully this is the last time I am going to respond to your survey cause it’s insulting my intelligence and occupies my time ,
I went to the other club in BA which is the your golden performance at work what a shame
Just tired of hearing about all your companies expansion projects but still have broken machines. Or the awful smell at 13th on some days. I would like to see some of the cable machine attachments replaced. The ropes are absolutely gross and frayed. I have lost count how many times I haven't been able to use a machine because there is no clip on the cable to attach the hand grip. Mirrors are broken and have been for over a year at times. I pay a higher membership at your place and would expect a top notch facility for it. Just feel a lot of things get ignored. Take pride in the place. I feel some clubs get more live than others.
The manager his a great guy and takes good care of the gym
Need enough barbells to cover at minimum all the setups
Need new bench covers.
Need new seat covers on machines.
Lockers by stairs need fixed and cleaned.
Area by weights smells.
Need a deep cleaning underneath and between equipment and racks.
The gym is in terrible shape. The equipment is old, old, old!!
