The instructor (Shay) was great! I love that the workouts are always different.
Though I wish the music at the Third Ward location was louder. A quiet class isn’t as motivating.
I like the instructor motivation and encouragement, the fact that the classes are never the same, the friendliness of the staff, and the wide range of class times available.

The one fan that is split between those 2 machines isn't enough and it's clogged full of dust.
Other than that I have 0 complaints, the trainers are great and the workouts are awesome! I always walk out happy that I put the time in.

The structure. I like the set routines and the different daily variations.
i like it when the coaches call everyone a team like they say "all out tread team" or "great job floor team". this is encouraging to me.
Love Orangetheory! Please look into the levels of trends. Some of them are moving quite a bit during work outs because they must not be level on the floor. This is tough on my knees. I really only notice it at third ward. Brookfields are much better level wise.

We love taking Carly's classes. While doing floor exercises, she is always watching and correcting any exercise being poorly done. I personally feel much stronger.
The instructors, the App, front desk, etc are awesome and the atmosphere is great.
Orange Theory was the exact thing I didn’t know I was looking for once I graduated college and stopped playing soccer, which is obviously is a team sport. The sense of working toward the common goal of bettering ourselves together makes me that much more determined to conquer my fitness goals. Coming to class is always a highlight of my day!
