I really like all the different things you do during the workouts. I like how you work on the floor and treadmills and the rower is super fun too. The people that work there also make it a better experience!
Small circuits of high intensity. It makes the time go by so much faster. Music choice is also great. I also enjoy it is adapted for when the going gets too tough.

I love how the coaches motivate you and push you to work the hardest you can work. They also make working out FUN, which can sometimes be hard to do. I would absolutely recommend Orange Theory to anyone interested!

I have always struggled with finding the right gym or weekly workout class. I have had gym memberships in the past but could never stay consistent or see results. What I love about Orangetheory is that it's a one hour class and a coach tells you what to do. The workouts are always different and I love that you wear a heart monitor to track your calorie burn and splat points! The coaches are motivating and fun and there's always good music playing during the workout!
It is fun and effective. The coaches are high energy and very knowledgeable.

I love the variety of workouts between Endurance, Strength, and Power and combinations of all 3. Excellent coaching staff who are personable and know almost everyone by name. Non-intimidating atmosphere, and people encourage one another. Partner workouts every once in a while are nice as it gives you a chance to get to know others you see on a regular basis but maybe haven’t introduced yourself to. I really like the addition of the monitors on the treadmill that give real time feedback and helps capture data that shows in OTBeat report immediately after the workout.
I really like the fact that every workout is challenging and different! I never am walking into the same old thing, and it motivates me to show up knowing that!

Big calorie burn (and beyond!) - really maximizing efficiency in just 1 hour. Those of us who can’t get to the gym often or don’t have a lot of time. I feel like I got a 2 day workout by working out one day.
I get encouragement not only from the instructor but the people I’m working out with too!

Includes cardio + weights. Forces me to be accountable. Splat points make me work harder (I'm competitive!).
I like that it is a class but still feels very personal and the trainer is accessible.

Everything! It works every part of your body, you are coached through it all so you never have to guess, if you do the work and push for the hour you are there and come atleastv4 times a week you will really see yourself change and grow stronger and leaner!!
