Liked Vanessa. She was easy to understand when she spoke and since I’m newer she also was careful to explain things to me.
They push me to my limit and make me not want to give up. I feel accomplished when I am done with a class.
I liked the way the workouts are broken down into timed sets. You don’t realize how quickly the class is going because you’re so focused on completing your sets!

Variety and the technology attached to it.
I attended 2 classes and I much preferred the long portion on the treadmill (20+ minutes) opposed to the workout on the 4th of July- tornado style. I felt a significant difference in distance achieved, heart rate, and overall quality of workout/endurance, instead of spending so much time travelling around the room.
I love how every class is unique & challenging! Seeing in real time your heart rate is extremely motivating and brings out your competitiveness when trying to earn as many splat points as possible. I would recommend anyone and everyone to check out Orangetheory!
I absolutely love the Tosa OTF! I look forward to seeing Vanessa in the am, she’s has a positive attitude and friendly! I love the studio space. If I could make one suggestion, I wish it was a little cooler in the space especially on humid days. I think the entire Tosa staff is polite, nice, and always welcoming with a smile! Orange theory has made a huge difference in my life!

The workout had a lot of variety along with showing your targets via heart rate monitor.
I enjoyed the variety of exercises. The instructor was very motivating and kept me interested in the class/exercise.

Working out at Orange Theory is different than any other gym experience. Every workout is unique and challenging in different ways and you never know what to expect. in the one hour class, you spend time on the treadmill, rower and the floor doing a variety of exercises. All you have to do is listen to the coach and workout at the pace you are comfortable with.
The Appleton coaches are the difference makers- energetic and motivational, yet consultative to insure proper form and prevent injuries.
I love how we are able to challenge ourselves keep ourselves motivated with our stats. I love the reminders of the halfway point and when we get closer to the end of a round etc. I love that we are kept on our toes with each workout being different. I think it would be better if we didn’t waste so many wipes. Easily 1-3 of those wipes could wipe down all the machines, no need for each person to get multiple. It makes me feel guilty. Also if we could focus maybe a lil more on weight training especially core-strengthening. The core is the most important thing to keep strong and healthy and I love the cardio that helps with core strengthening but so far I have not had my core feel like it’s ripping apart or even get sore (but then again I am more advanced and understand it will take more to get burning) And if the instructors could be pushed to give more pointers on how to make modifications to make them extra difficult vs easier. I just struggle to reach fatigue or even get challenged in the weight training sections. I would like to be more challenged in that area to reach fatigue. (Especially with the core)
I love that it is a hour; and in that hour I
get a fantastic workout. Never would I work this hard at a regular gym. I would quit. Thank you for that!
Great workout but made even better by Matt. My favorite OTF coach to date. I was visiting from out of town and wish this were my home gym!
I enjoyed the variety and pace of the workout--and how compelled I was to push myself.
Usually music is good & instructor motivation.
I like the energy in the class, the change of pace, and the fact that I don’t have to think about what I’m going to do when I go to class 😝

Well organized and fully explained workouts here at OTF Tosa! All the coaches here can guide me through the workout very well and they remind me of time frequently and properly so that I can truly just focus on my exercises or “push” and “all out”.
I have been to your studio twice now and each time I have enjoyed it! Great vibe and fun staff! Thanks again and see you in September!

This is my second time at this studio - I live out of state but we visit my mother in law who lives nearby. Everyone is so welcoming. Nathan was a fantastic coach! Very encouraging, engaged with everyone and was super nice.
The circuits and trainers kept me interested and not thinking about the time (and pain!!)

I love the interval style workouts that work out different muscles every time, while also focusing on cardio.
