Love the combo of high intensity cardio and weight lifting. The combo makes the workout efficient and well-rounded.

It's laid back, people are really nice, the owner and trainer were very real and very friendly. And as always- the otf workout is amazing!

It is personalized, but always pushes me and the coaches are there to guide with proper technique. I never feel like they are pressuring me or shaming me into doing something that is out of my ability.

It's different every day and offers unique challenges as a way to stay motivated and push yourself farther than you ever believed you could go!

It's always challenging but always a little different. There's enough variation to keep it interesting, with enough similarities to know how I'm progressing.
