What do you like about our workout?

High energy. I don't have to think about what I'm doing. The instructors are motivating and I have a goal. Class size is good too! I feel better already.

What do you like about our workout?

I enjoyed being able to walk through everything before the actual workout. Although, it was intense, I was able to continue because of the trainer's direction and encouragement. It was very helpful for me since this was my first intense workout in a long time. I enjoyed the interval training with both cardio and strength training. I actually like to external motivation of aiming to reach the Orange and Red zones to be very helpful! It made me want to gain Splat points! I'm definitely going back!

What do you like about our workout?

Classes are filled pretty fast, I workout regularly so I am not used to be told basically sorry class filled try again and that class if filled too..cp

What do you like about our workout?

I love the variety everyday. I also appreciate it when things are broken down by time increments. Example: "You will have a two minute push followed by a 30 second all out. " And, "30 more seconds people! Empty your tank." The more I know, the better I can plan my energy expenditure.

My only complaint is that I cannot understand a word certain coaches say into the microphone. Either they are speaking too quickly, or not directly into the mic. It's just garbled noise and it's frustrating. I can always understand Angie.

What do you like about our workout?

Love the accountability the group class gives and having the goal of staying in the orange zone. Gives me a goal to strive for in every class and keeps me focused.

What do you like about our workout?

I like having an instructor/coach there to push me along. I like that the workouts vary each time that I go to class and that the workout is all planned and ready to go. There are aspects of the workout that I would never know to do on my own at the gym.

I enjoy working out with other people, I like that the instructors push you to do your best...as well as modifying a workout if you are injured

What do you like about our workout?

I love the variety of the workouts. Nothing is ever the same, and that helps me stay motivated. I also love that workouts can be individualized for everyone. Some days the all-outs come easier than on other days, but it all ends up with a strong workout. It's the best workout I could ever hope for!

What do you like about our workout?

Before OrangeTheory, I would never have considered myself an athlete. I went to the gym enough to fit into clothes. Since joining OTF, I've really truly become "fit". I can run a mile or three. I know how to lift weights. I love that every workout is different; the variety keeps me from getting bored. I love that the coaches know me by name and know my fitness goals, and help push me to get them. It's a great community and I'm thrilled to be part of it. With 80 days to go until my wedding, I'm going to be one ripped bride!

What do you like about our workout?

I like the variety. The guidance in lifting for a woman is wonderful. When I was brand new it was hard to understand key terms that were used. I wish it would have been explained a bit slower.

Structure! I never know what to do when I go to a regular gym. I also like the variety and how its always different.

I loved the individual performance indicators! Totally personalized to my fitness baseline! Mke, the Coach was also amazing - encouraging- upbeat!!

What do you like about our workout?

The trainer, other's in the class, and music came together to make for a really energizing environment. I was motivated to push myself and with the help of the trainer got some great advice on how to improve my form with free weights.

What do you like about our workout?

I love that every day the class is different and you never know what to expect, this way you don't get bored and can't back out. It's the first workout I can honestly say I enjoy and look forward to!

What do you like about our workout?

I love all of the trainers and how efficient the workouts are! Plus it is just a fun place to be. I also like the different challenges that are offered. My only request is to have more 12 and 15 pound weights available.
