Jenna is a great trainer. She pushes appropriately and explains proper body position.
The variety of exercises makes the hour go fast. The instructors are enthusiastic.
Variety and shorter blocks - you can do anything for a couple of minutes
It's great for any fitness level and the trainers are quick to help modify a workout if you are struggling/can't do it.
The group training session pushed me harder than when I worked on my own or with a personal trainer.

- OTF is the best! The Staff, Coaches, and workouts are best I ever found! I travel a lot and have experienced many in Madison and you all are heads above the rest...not even close. The other outside personal trainers in Madison don't hold a handle to this great place. Any fitness goal I have, I can accomplish it at OTF.

I need the accountability. I know that if I sign up I have to go! I've learned to love the treadmill and enjoy trying to push myself to get and stay into the orange zone.
Orange theory fitness is one of the best work outs I have ever had. The combination of cardio and strength is perfect. The different activities and change up of workouts keeps you interested and distracted enough so that you don't even realize you are working out for an hour. I actually look forward and get excited about going to work out on a regular basis. It quickly got me back into shape and wanting to stay fit. I would highly recommend it for anyone looking to get in shape and healthy.
It keeps me moving and I get to do exercises I would never come up with on my own.
