I like that it's already designed for me. I can go to any OTF and get the same workout. It's always varied, the music is great, and the coaches keep me motivated.
it's different each time, challenging, but I can still get a good workout even if I'm not up to the challenge that day.
In an hour you get to do weights, tread, and rowing. Very good mix to improve both cardio and body strength. Rowing especially adds that spice to the whole workout. Highly recommend for folks wanting to get tangible change in their overall fitness. This will push you.
