Love the treadmills. I’ve only had two classes so far, but I’m looking forward to being able to use them on a regular basis. Using interval training for short, intense periods followed by a slower recovery period is a great, fun way to increase endurance, and for me, weight loss.

I like the structure of the workouts and the ability to push myself by seeing the cardio monitoring. The instructor on 9/2 at 10am for the Ballard studio was also fantastic! They were full of energy, explained the movements well, provided helpful information at the end of class, and made the space feel welcoming and inclusive for all fitness levels.

The coach was taking care of me and I didn’t even know that. I thought he had explained the exercises and that was it. Then, suddenly he came to me and said: “that is too easy for you, add more weights in your feet”. He was carefully taking care of me and paying attention to small details about each one of us. That was amazing.
The other thing that I absolutely loved about Orangetheory in Bellevue was the email I got right after the class. I have been workout in Issaquah for over 2 weeks now and I have never gotten any email after my classes with the information about my workout.

Hard, weights
The studio was great! They were so personal and knew every person by name! I was just visiting but felt really at home.
Love the intensity and short chunks of each type of exercise. The group workout encourages me, as well as the coaches being so attentive.
