What do you like about our workout?

I like the intensity, that it is tailored to the person as far as weight and resistance(run or walk), and especially the schedule flexibility and locations. I travel for work and I have crazy hours and it is the first program tha I can do.

As with all OTF locations it is a great workout, easy to follow and unbelievably convenient for someone who travels.

I love it. Let me tell you what I do not like about it: I have a busy schedule and after 3 months with you o found out my schedule and almost everyone I would with (1) be unable to sign up for classes because the times I could attend were always busy or (2) if I schedule in advance I would have to cancel and pay the cancelation fee . Unfortunately as much as I like the gym, I do t wanna workout at 5am in the morning neither pay 12 for cancellations that could happen because of my work agenda.

From day one I’ve loved this place.. I’ve gone from working out 2 times a week to 4-5 days a week and I feel stronger and healthier. I used to dread my yearly check ins with my doctor but all I’ve gotten in the last 2 year since joining is good news and medication reductions! I’m a total OTF addict!

I like having a combination of cardio and weights in one workout. I like being told what to do because I am terrible at holding myself accountable.

I love OTF Redmond! I’ve been a member for around 3 years. The front desk staff are polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The trainers are awesome! Especially Coach Karen and Coach Dominic. I find amazing it how they know each members limitations and goals. They are able to push you and have faith in your abilities especially when you don’t. It’s like a second family. I can’t say enough good things about orange theory.

I love OTF workouts. I’ve been doing this since about 4 months now. This was my first time at Lower Queen Anne studio, with coach Jen. She was great. Super motivating. Loved the playlist as well.

What do you like about our workout?

I get a great full body workout in one hour and I don’t have to plan ahead what I’m doing at the gym! I just go and follow the coach’s directions!
If I need alternative moves the coach can help.

What do you like about our workout?

Love this place! The coaches push you hard enough to where you are feeling a challenge but there is enough movement within the class so you never are doing the same thing for long. Love it!

The coaches at this gym are top notch and they pay attention to everyone... they get to know you and talk with you to help set attainable goals. I love that the workouts are different EVERYDAY so I am not board. I love that they are full body always.
